Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms and conditions apply to every Gift voucher of DBMS Global Limited (“the Company”).

 

Voucher duration

Vouchers are valid till the expiry date mentioned on the gift voucher and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

 

Use of multiple vouchers

One gift voucher can be used only for one company.

 

Use of promotional codes

Any other Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

 

Refunds

Vouchers are non-refundable. The gift vouchers can be only redeemed against the Company Secretarial services provided by the Company. In the unlikely event that this promotion is cancelled by the Company, no refund shall be given.

 

Transfer

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Lost or stolen vouchers

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy

Gift vouchers cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, used to purchase other services, resold or used for promotional activities without the written approval of the Company. In the case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to cancel any Gift voucher that violates any of the terms and conditions attached to such Gift voucher.

 

Unlawful Conduct

Gift vouchers that were obtained by unlawful means shall be null and void. Further, the Company is not responsible for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with the purchase or use of any Gift voucher.

 

Promotion and Advertising

The Gift voucher should not be used for the purpose of advertising or promoting products or services marketed by any third party other than the Company, unless prior written consent is given by the latter.

 

Miscellaneous

Use of this gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
